Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 16 USC 430s SECTION 1. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS FOR ADDITIONAL note. LAND ACQUISITION. There are authorized to be appropriated up to $20,000,000 for acqusition of lands and interests in lands for purposes of the Monocacy National Battlefield, Maryland; such sums shall be in addition to other funds available for such purposes.
