PUBLIC LAW 102-203—DEC. 10, 1991 105 STAT. 1635 Public Law 102-203 102d Congress An Act To designate the building in St. Louis, Missouri, which is currently known as the Dec. 10, 1991 Wellston Station, as the "Gwen B. Giles Post Office Building". [H.R. 3322] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. DESIGNATION. The building located at 1409 Hamilton Avenue, St. Louis, Missouri, known as the Wellston Station, is designated as the "Gwen B. Giles Post Office Building". SEC. 2. REFERENCES. Any reference in any law, map, regulation, document, record, or other paper of the United States to the building referred to in section 1 shall be deemed to be a reference to the Gwen B.
