105 STAT. 1662 PUBLIC LAW 102-213—DEC. 11, 1991 Public Law 102-213 102d Congress An Act Dec. 11, 1991 To designate the United States courthouse located at 120 North Henry Street in [H.R. 948] Madison, Wisconsin, as the "Robert W. Kastenmeier United States Courthouse". Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. DESIGNATION. The United States courthouse located at 120 North Henry Street in Madison, Wisconsin, shall be known and designated as the "Robert W. Kastenmeier United States Courthouse". SEC. 2. REFERENCES. Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the United States courthouse referred to in section 1 shall be deemed to be a reference to the "Robert W.
