PUBLIC LAW 103-38—JUNE 8, 1993 107 STAT. 109 Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the weeks beginning May 23, 1993, and May 15, 1994, are designated as "Emergency Medical Services Week" and the President is authorized and requested to issue a proclamation calling upon the people of the United States to observe such weeks with appropriate ceremonies and activities.
