107 STAT. 930 PUBLIC LAW 103-86—SEPT. 30, 1993 Public Law 103-86 103d Congress An Act Sept. 30, 1993 To extend the current interim exemption under the Marine Mammal Protection [H.R. 3049] Act for commercial fisheries until April 1, 1994. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That section 114(a)(1) of the Marine Mammal Protection Act of 1972 (16 U.S.C. 1383a(a)(l)), is amended by striking "October 1, 1993," and inserting in lieu thereof "April 1, 1994,".
