SEC. 1706. AGREEMENTS TO PROVIDE SUPPORT TO VACCINATION PROGRAMS OF DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES. (a) AGREEMENTS AUTHORIZED.— The Secretary of Defense may enter into agreements with the Secretary of Health and Human Services to provide support for vaccination programs of the Secret£ury of Health and Human Services in the United States through use of the excess peacetime biological weapons defense capability of the Department of Defense. (b) REPORT.— Not later than February 1, 1994, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report on the feasibility of providing Department of Defense support for vaccination programs under subsection (a) and shall identify resoiirce requirements that are not within the Department's capability. DIVISION B—MILITARY CONSTRUCTION AUTHORIZATIONS SEC. 2001. SHORT TITLE. This division may be cited as the "Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1994". TITLE XXI—ARMY SEC. 2101. AUTHORIZED ARMY CONSTRUCTION AND LAND ACQUISI- TION PROJECTS. (a) INSIDE THE UNITED STATES. — Using amounts appropriated pursuant to the authorization of appropriations in section 2l04(a)(l), the Secretary of the Army may acquire real property and carry out military construction projects for the installations and locations inside the United States, and in the amounts, set forth in the following table: Army: Inside the United States State Installation or location Fort Rucker Fort Wainwright Fort Richardson Fort Huachuca Fort Irwin
