(2) NEW BUDGET AUTHORITY. —<A) For purposes of comparison with the maximum deficit amount under sections 601(a)(l) and 606 of the Congressional Budget Act of 1974 and for purposes of the enforcement of this resolution, the appropriate levels of total new budget authority are as follows: Fiscal year 1994: $1,223,400,000,000. . Fiscal year 1995: $1,289,600,000,000. Fiscal year 1996: $1,347,500,000,000. Fiscal year 1997: $1,409,900,000,000. Fiscal year 1998: $1,474,500,000,000. (B) For purposes of section 710 of the Social Security Act (excluding the receipts and disbursements of the Hospital Insurance Trust Fund), the appropriate levels of total new budget authority are as follows: Fiscal year 1994: $1,136,400,000,000.
