PUBLIC LAW 103-309—AUG. 23, 1994 108 STAT. 1671 Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That October 1994 is designated as "Italian-American Heritage and Culture Month". The President is authorized and requested to issue a proclamation calling upon the people of the United States to observe such month with appropriate ceremonies and activities.
