(h) NATIONAL AND COMMUNITY SERVICE ACT OF 1990. —The National and Community Service Act of 1990 is amended— 42 USC 12511. (1) in section 101— (A) in paragraph (8), by striking "section 1471(8) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 2891(8))" and inserting "section 14101 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965"; (B) in paragraph (14), by striking "section 1471(12) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 2891(12))" and inserting "section 14101 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965; (C) in paragraph (22), by striking "section 1471(21) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 2891(21))" and inserting "section 14101 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965"; and (D) in paragraph (28), by striking "section 1471(23) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 2891(23))" and inserting "section 14101 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965"; 42 USC 12524. (2) in subparagraph (B) of section 112(b)(2), by inserting "or its successor authority" after "(20 U.S.C. 2711 et seq.)'^ and 42 USC 12528. (3) in subsection (b) of section 115A, by inserting ", as in effect on the day preceding the date of enactment of the Improving America's Schools Act of 1994" after "(20 U.S.C. 2727(b))". (i) REHABILITATION ACT OF 1973.—The Rehabilitation Act of 1973 is amended— 29 USC 761a. (1) in section 202(b)(4)(A)(i), by striking "paragraphs (8) and (21), respectively, of section 1471 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 2891 (8) and (21))" and inserting "section 14101 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965"; and
