108 STAT. 4208 PUBLIC LAW 103-405—OCT. 22, 1994 Public Law 103-405 103d Congress An Act Oct. 22, 1994 To designate the United States Courthouse in Detroit, Michigan, as the [S. 2395] "Theodore Levin Courthouse", and for other purposes. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION. 1. THEODORE LEVIN FEDERAL BUILDING AND COURT- HOUSE. (a) REDESIGNATION. —The courthouse facility located at 231 West Lafayette, in Detroit, Michigan, shall be known and designated as the "Theodore Levin Courthouse". (b) REFERENCES. —Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the courthouse facility referred to in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be a reference to the "Theodore Levin Courthouse".
