108 STAT. 5072 CONCURRENT RESOLUTIONS—MAR. 24, 1994 to reassemble whenever, in their opinion, the public interest shall warrant it. Agreed to February 10, 1994. Mar 24, 1994 ADJOURNMENT—HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES [H. Con. Res. 232] AND SENATE Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring). That when the House adjourns on the legislative day of Thursday, March 24, 1994, it stand adjourned until noon on Tuesday, April 12, 1994, or until noon on the second day Eifter Members are notified to reassemble pursuant to section 2 of this concurrent resolution, whichever occurs first; and that when the Senate recesses or adjourns at the close of business on Friday, March 25, 1994, Saturday, March 26, 1994, Monday, March 28, 1994, Tuesday, March 29, 1994, Wednesday, March 30, 1994, or Thursday, March 31, 1994, pursuant to a motion made by the majority leader or his designee, in accordance with this resolution, it stand recessed or adjourned until noon on Monday, April 11, 1994, or at such time on that day as may be specified by the majority leader or his designee in the motion to recess or adjourn, or until noon on the second day after Members are notified to reassemble pursuant to section 2 of this concurrent resolution, whichever occurs first. SEC. 2. The Speaker of the House and the majority leader of the Senate, acting jointly after consultation with the minority leader of the House and the minority leader of the Senate, shall notify the Members of the House and the Senate, respectively, to reassemble whenever, in their opinion, the public interest shall warrant it. Res. 230] ENROLLMENT CORRECTION—H.R. 1804 Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring), That in the enrollment of the bill (H.R. 1804) to improve learning and teaching by providing a national framework for education reform; to promote the research, consensus building, and systemic changes needed to ensure equitable educational opportunities and high levels of educational achievement for all students; to provide a framework for reauthorization of all Federal education programs; to promote the development and adoption of a voluntary national system of skill standards and certifications; and for other purposes, the Clerk of the House of Representatives shall make the following correction: in section 1043(c)(1), after "within any indoor facility" insert "in the United States". Agreed to March 26, 1994.
