PAYMENTS TO AIR CARRIERS (AIRPORT AND AIRWAY TRUST FUND) (RESCISSION OF CONTRACT AUTHORIZATION) Of the funds made available under this account, $5,300,000 are rescinded: Provided, That the Secretary shall not enter into any contracts for "Small Community Ar Service" beyond September 30, 1995, which require compensation fixed and determined under subchapter II of chapter 417 of title 49, United States Code (49 U.S.C. 41731-42) payable by the Department of Transportation, COAST GUARD OPERATING EXPENSES (RESCISSION) Of the amounts provided under this heading in Public Law 103-331, $4,300,000 are rescinded. ACQUISITION, CONSTRUCTION, AND IMPROVEMENTS (RESCISSION) Of the available balances under this heading, $35,314,000 are rescinded. ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE AND RESTORATION (RESCISSION) Of the available balances under this heading, $2,500,000 are rescinded.
