>tgf.i»^- PUBLIC LAW 104-53—NOV. 19, 1995 109 STAT. 525 of the House of Representatives: Provided, That, notwithstanding any other provision of law, the cost of basic training for the Capitol Police at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center for fiscal year 1996 shall be paid by the Secretary of the Treasury from funds available to the Department of the Treasury. ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISION SEC. 111. Amounts appropriated for fiscal year 1996 for the Capitol Police Board under the heading "CAPITOL POLICE" may be transferred between the headings "SALARIES" and "GENERAL EXPENSES", upon approval of the Committees on Appropriations of the Senate and the House of Representatives. CAPITOL GUIDE SERVICE AND SPECIAL SERVICES OFFICE For salaries and expenses of the Capitol Guide Service and Special Services Office, $1,991,000, to be disbursed by the Secretary of the Senate: Provided, That none of these funds shall be used to employ more than forty individuals: Provided further, That the Capitol Guide Board is authorized, during emergencies, to employ not more than two additional individuals for not more than one hundred twenty days each, and not more than ten additional individuals for not more than six months each, for the Capitol Guide Service. STATEMENTS OF APPROPRIATIONS For the preparation, under the direction of the Committees on Appropriations of the Senate and the House of Representatives, of the statements for the first session of the One Hundred Fourth Congress, showing appropriations made, indefinite appropriations, and contracts authorized, together with a chronological history of the regular appropriations bills as required by law, $30,000, to be paid to the persons designated by the chairmen of such committees to supervise the work. ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISION SEC. 112. Section 310 of the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 1990 (2 U.S.C. 130e), is amended— (1) by striking out "Clerk" and inserting in lieu thereof "Sergeant at Arms"; and (2) by striking out "Librarian of Congress" and inserting in lieu thereof "Architect of the Capitol". OFFICE OF COMPLIANCE For salaries and expenses of the Office of Compliance, as authorized by section 305 of Public Law 104r-l, the Congressional Accountability Act of 1995 (2 U.S.C. 1385), $2,500,000, of which $500,000 shall be transfeiTed from the amount provided for salaries and expenses of the Office of Compliance under the headings "HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES", "Salaries and Expenses", and "Salaries, Officers and Employees".
