EXTENDING PERIOD OF APPLICABILITY OF ENROLLMENT MIX REQUIREMENT TO CERTAIN HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATIONS PROVIDING SERVICES UNDER DAYTON AREA HEALTH PLAN. Section 2 of Public Law 102-276, as amended by section 13644 106 Stat. 126. of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993, is amended by striking "December 31, 1995" and inserting "December 31, 1999".
