SEC. 742. EMERGENCY COMMUNITY WATER ASSISTANCE GRANT PRO- GRAM FOR SMALL COMMUNITIES. Section 306A of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act (7 U.S.C. 1926a) is amended— (1) in subsection (e)— (A) in paragraph (1)(A), by striking "15,000" and inserting "10,000"; and (B) in paragraph (2), by striking "5,000" and inserting "3,000"; and (2) by striking subsection (i) and inserting the following:
