PUBLIC LAW 104-99 -^AN. 26, 1996 110 STAT. 47 (2) section 2052(c) of the Balanced Budget Act of 1995 is amended by striking "that are originated on or after October 1, 1995" and inserting in Heu thereof "that are originated before, during, and after fiscal year 1996.". This Act may be cited as "The Balanced Budget Dovmpayment Act, I". Approved January 26, 1996.
