(e) CROSS REFERENCE AMENDMENTS. —Chapter 81 of title 10, United States Code, is amended as follows: (1) Section 1593(a)(3) is amended by striking out "section 1606" and inserting in lieu thereof "section 1622". (2) Section 1596(c) is amended by striking out "section 1604(b)" and inserting in lieu thereof "section 1602". SEC. 1634. OTHER PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT AUTHORITIES. (a) APPLICABILITY OF FEDERAL LABOR-MANAGEMENT RELATIONS SYSTEM.— Section 7103(a)(3) of title 5, United States Code, is amended— (1) by inserting "or" at the end of subparagraph (F); (2) by striking out "; or" at the end of subparagraph (G) and inserting in lieu thereof a period; and (3) by striking out subparagraph (H). (b) APPLICABILITY OF AUTHORITY AND PROCEDURES FOR IMPOS- ING CERTAIN ADVERSE ACTIONS. —Section 7511(b)(8) of such title is amended by striking out "the National Security Agency" and all that follows through "title 10" and inserting in lieu thereof "an intelligence component of the Department of Defense (as defined in section 1614 of title 10), or an intelligence activity of a military department covered under subchapter I of chapter 83 of title 10". 10 USC 1593 SEC. 1635.
