PROCUREMENT, MARINE CORPS For expenses necessary for the procurement, manufacture, and modification of missiles, armament, military equipment, speire parts, and accessories therefor; plant equipment, appliances, and machine tools, and instgJlation thereof in public and private plants; reserve plsint and Government and contractor-owned equipment layaway; vehicles for the Marine Corps, including the purchase of not to exceed 43 passenger motor vehicles for replacement only; and expansion of public and private plants, including land necessary therefor, and such lands and interests therein, may be acquired, and construction prosecuted thereon prior to approval of title, $1,300,920,000, to remain available for obligation until September 30, 2002. AIRCRAFT PROCUREMENT, AIR FORCE For construction, procurement, lease, and modification of aircraft and equipment, including armor and armament, speciedized ground hgoidling equipment, and training devices, spare parts, and accessories therefor; specisdized equipment; expansion of public and private plants. Government-owned equipment and installation thereof in such pleints, erection of structiu'es, and acquisition of land, for the foregoing purposes, and such lands euid interests therein, may be acquired, and construction prosecuted thereon prior to approval of title; reserve pleint and Government and contractorowned equipment layaway; and other expenses necessary for the foregoing purposes including rents and transportation of things, $8,228,630,000, to remain available for obligation until September 30, 2002.
