SEC. 2403. INCLUSION OF RENAL CANCER AS BASIS FOR BENEFITS UNDER THE ENERGY EMPLOYEES OCCUPATIONAL ILLNESS COMPENSA- TION PROGRAM ACT OF 2000. (a) Section 3621(17) of the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act of 2000 (title XXXVl of the Floyd D. Spence National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2001 (as enacted by Public Law 106-398; 114 Stat. 1654A-502)) is amended by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: "(C) Renal cancers.". (b) This section shall be effective on October 1, 2001. CHAPTERS 42 USC 7384/. Effective date. 42 USC 7384/ note. BILATERAL ECONOMIC ASSISTANCE AGENCY FOR INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT CHILD SURVIVAL AND DISEASE PROGRAMS FUND (INCLUDING RESCISSION) For an additional amount for "Child Survival and Disease Programs Fund", $100,000,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That this amount may be made available, notwithstanding any other provision of law, for a United States contribution to a global trust fund to combat HIV/AIDS, malaria, and tuberculosis. Of the funds made available under this heading in the Foreign Operations, Export Financing, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 2001, and prior Acts, $10,000,000 are rescinded. OTHER BILATERAL ASSISTANCE ECONOMIC SUPPORT FUND (RESCISSION) Of the funds made available under this heading in the Foreign Operations, Export Financing, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 2001, and prior Acts, $10,000,000 are rescinded. GENERAL PROVISION—THIS CHAPTER SEC. 2501. The final proviso in section 526 of the Foreign Operations, Export Financing, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 2000 (as enacted into law by section 1000(a)(2) of Public Law 106-113), as amended, is hereby repealed, and the funds identified by such proviso shall be made available pursuant to the authority of section 526 of Public law 106-429. 113 Stat. 1501A-89.
