(RESCISSION) Of the amounts made available under this heading in Public Law 106-69 and Public Law 106-346, $12,000,000 are rescinded. FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION GRANTS-IN-AID FOR AIRPORTS (AIRPORT AND AIRWAY TRUST FUND) (RESCISSION OF CONTRACT AUTHORIZATION) Of the unobligated balances authorized under 49 U.S.C. 48103, as amended, $30,000,000 are rescinded. FEDERAL HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION EMERGENCY HIGHWAY RESTORATION (HIGHWAY TRUST FUND) For the costs associated with the long term improvement, restoration, or replacement of highways including seismically-vulnerable highways recently damaged during the Nisqually earthquake, $27,600,000, to be derived from the Highway Trust Fund, other than the Mass Transit Account, and to remain available until
