(b) CONFORMING AND CLERICAL AMENDMENTS.— (1) Such section is further amended— (A) by striking "Under" and inserting "(a) USE BY RED CROSS. —Under"; and (B) by striking "this section" and inserting "this subsection". (2) The heading of such section is amended to read as follows:

Cross; use as polling places". (3) The item relating to such section in the table of sections at the beginning of chapter 159 of such title is amended to read as follows: "2670. DIVISION B—MILITARY CONSTRUCTION AUTHORIZATIONS SEC. 2001. SHORT TITLE; DEFIMTION. (a) SHORT TITLE. — This division may be cited as the "Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2002". (b) DEFINITION OF FISCAL YEAR 2001 DEFENSE AUTHORIZATION ACT. —In this division, the term "Spence Act" means the Floyd D. Spence National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2001, as enacted into law by Public Law 106-398 (114 Stat. 1654). TITLE XXI—ARMY Sec. 2101. AUTHORIZED ARMY CONSTRUCTION AND LAND ACQUISI- TION PROJECTS. (a) INSIDE THE UNITED STATES.—Using amounts appropriated pursuant to the authorization of appropriations in section 2104(a)(1), the Secretary of the Army may acquire real property and carry out military construction projects for the installations and locations inside the United States, and in the amounts, set forth in the following table:
