(D) For facilities and infrastructure, $200,000,000. (E) The total amount authorized by this paragraph is the sum of the amounts authorized to be appropriated by subparagraphs (A) through (D), reduced by $28,985,000, to be derived from a security charge for reimbursable work. (2) DEFENSE NUCLEAR NONPROLIFERATION. —For defense nuclear nonproliferation activities, $776,886,000, to be allocated as follows: (A) For nonproliferation and verification research and development, $244,306,000, to be allocated as follows: (i) For operation and maintenance, $208,500,000. (ii) For plant projects (including maintenance, restoration, planning, construction, acquisition, modification of facilities, and the continuation of projects authorized in prior years, and land acquisition related thereto), $35,806,000, to be allocated as follows: Project OO-D-192, nonproliferation and international security center (NISC), Los Alamos National Laboratory, Los Alamos, New Mexico, $35,806,000.
