PUBLIC LAW 107-210—AUG. 6, 2002 116 STAT. 933 Public Law 107-210 107th Congress An Act To extend the Andean Trade Preference Act, to grant additional trade benefits Aug. 6, 2002 under that Act, and for other purposes. [H.R. 3009] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, Trade Act of 2002. SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 19 USC 3801 This Act may be cited as the "Trade Act of 2002". "^o*^ SEC. 2. ORGANIZATION OF ACT INTO DIVISIONS; TABLE OF CONTENTS. (a) DIVISIONS. —T h is Act is organized into 5 divisions as follows: (1) DIVISION A. —Trade Adjustment Assistance. (2) DIVISION B. —Bipartisan Trade Promotion Authority.
