SEC. 102. REPORT ON REMEDIAL ACTION PLANS. Section 118(c)(3) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. 1268(c)(3)) is amended by adding at the end the following: "(E) REPORT.—Not later than 1 year after the date Deadline. of enactment of this subparagraph, the Administrator shall submit to Congress a report on such actions, time periods.
