For an additional amount for ‘‘Public Health and Social Services Emergency Fund’’, for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, $100,000,000, to remain available until expended. For an additional amount for the ‘‘Public Health and Social Services Emergency Fund’’, $42,000,000, to remain available until expended, for costs associated with compensating individuals with injuries resulting from smallpox vaccinations and countermeasures: Provided, That such funds shall become available only upon the enactment of legislation authorizing a smallpox vaccination compensation program.
