(B) in subparagraph (B), by striking ‘‘Statewide network of community-based, prevention-focused, family resource and support programs’’ and inserting ‘‘communitybased and prevention-focused programs and activities designed to strengthen and support families to prevent child abuse and neglect (through networks where appropriate)’’; (C) in subparagraph (C), by striking ‘‘and training and technical assistance, to the Statewide network of community-based, prevention-focused, family resource and support programs’’ and inserting ‘‘training, technical assistance, and evaluation assistance, to community-based and prevention-focused programs and activities designed to strengthen and support families to prevent child abuse and neglect (through networks where appropriate)’’; and (D) in subparagraph (D), by inserting ‘‘, parents with disabilities,’’ after ‘‘children with disabilities’’. SEC. 123. AMOUNT OF GRANT.

Section 203 of the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act (42 U.S.C. 5116b) is amended— (1) in subsection (b)(1)(B)— (A) by striking ‘‘as the amount leveraged by the State from private, State, or other non-Federal sources and directed through the’’ and inserting ‘‘as the amount of private, State or other non-Federal funds leveraged and directed through the currently designated’’; (B) by striking ‘‘State lead agency’’ and inserting ‘‘State lead entity’’; and (C) by striking ‘‘the lead agency’’ and inserting ‘‘the current lead entity’’; and (2) in subsection (c)(2), by striking ‘‘subsection (a)’’ and inserting ‘‘subsection (b)’’. SEC. 124. EXISTING GRANTS.

Section 204 of the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act (42 U.S.C. 5115c) is repealed.

SEC. 125. APPLICATION.

Section 205 of the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act (42 U.S.C. 5116d) is amended— (1) in paragraph (1), by striking ‘‘Statewide network of community-based, prevention-focused, family resource and support programs’’ and inserting ‘‘community-based and prevention-focused programs and activities designed to strengthen and support families to prevent child abuse and neglect (through networks where appropriate)’’; (2) in paragraph (2)— (A) by striking ‘‘network of community-based, prevention-focused, family resource and support programs’’ and inserting ‘‘community-based and prevention-focused programs and activities designed to strengthen and support families to prevent child abuse and neglect (through networks where appropriate)’’; and (B) by striking ‘‘, including those funded by programs consolidated under this Act,’’; (3) by striking paragraph (3), and inserting the following:
