118 STAT. 2403 PUBLIC LAW 108–424—NOV. 30, 2004 Public Law 108–424 108th Congress An Act To establish wilderness areas, promote conservation, improve public land, and pro vide for the high quality development in Lincoln County, Nevada, and for other purposes. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. There are authorized to be appropriated such sums as are necessary to carry out this Act. SEC. 2. SHORT TITLE; TABLE OF CONTENTS. (a) SHORT TITLE.—This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Lincoln County Conservation, Recreation, and Development Act of 2004’’.
