NATIVE AMERICAN HOUSING BLOCK GRANTS (RESCISSION) Of the unobligated balances remaining from funds appropriated in fiscal year 2004 and prior years under the heading ‘‘Native American housing block grants’’ for activities related to title VI of NAHASDA, $21,000,000 are rescinded. INDIAN HOUSING LOAN GUARANTEE PROGRAM ACCOUNT (RESCISSION) Of the unobligated balances remaining from funds appropriated in fiscal year 2004 and prior years under the heading ‘‘Indian housing loan guarantee fund program account’’ for activities related to the cost of guaranteed loans, $33,000,000 are rescinded. HOUSING PROGRAMS RENTAL HOUSING ASSISTANCE (RESCISSION) Of the amounts made available under the heading ‘‘Rent Supplement’’ in Public Law 98–63 for amendments to contracts under section 101 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1965 (12 U.S.C. 1701s) and section 236(f)(2) of the National Housing Act (12 U.S.C. 1715z–1) in State aided, non insured rental housing projects, up to $675,000,000 is cancelled.
