(b) DELETION OF INFORMATION ABOUT FOREIGN GIFTS.—Section 7342(f)(4) of title 5, United States Code, is amended— (1) by inserting ‘‘(A)’’ after ‘‘(4)’’; (2) in subparagraph (A), as so designated, by striking ‘‘the Director of Central Intelligence’’ and inserting ‘‘the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency’’; and (3) by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: ‘‘(B) In transmitting such listings for the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, the Director of National Intelligence may delete the information described in subparagraphs (A) and (C) of paragraphs (2) and (3) if the Director certifies in writing to the Secretary of State that the publication of such information could adversely affect United States intelligence sources.’’. (c) EXEMPTION FROM FINANCIAL DISCLOSURES.—Section 105(a)(1) of the Ethics in Government Act (5 U.S.C. App.) is amended by inserting ‘‘the Office of the Director of National Intel- ligence,’’ before ‘‘the Central Intelligence Agency’’. SEC. 1080. CONSTRUCTION OF AUTHORITY OF DIRECTOR OF NATIONAL INTELLIGENCE TO ACQUIRE AND MANAGE PROPERTY AND SERVICES. Section 113(e) of title 40, United States Code, is amended— (1) in paragraph (18), by striking ‘‘or’’ at the end; (2) in paragraph (19), by striking the period at the end and inserting ‘‘; or’’; and (3) by adding at the end the following new paragraph: ‘‘(20) the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.’’. SEC. 1081. GENERAL REFERENCES. (a) DIRECTOR OF CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE AS HEAD OF INTEL- LIGENCE COMMUNITY.—Any reference to the Director of Central Intelligence or the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency in the Director’s capacity as the head of the intelligence community in any law, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States shall be deemed to be a reference to the Director of National Intelligence. (b) DIRECTOR OF CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE AS HEAD OF CIA.— Any reference to the Director of Central Intelligence or the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency in the Director’s capacity as the head of the Central Intelligence Agency in any law, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States shall be deemed to be a reference to the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency. (c) COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT STAFF.—Any reference to the Community Management Staff in any law, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States shall be deemed to be a reference to the staff of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. 50 USC 401 note. 5 USC app. 105.
