SEC. 302. PLACE OF HOLDING COURT IN THE NORTHERN DISTRICT OF NEW YORK. Section 112(a) of title 28, United States Code, is amended by inserting ‘‘Plattsburgh,’’ after ‘‘Malone,’’.
