(2) TOTAL AMOUNT OF FEES.—Section 4(i)(5)(C) of the Fed eral Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (7 U.S.C. 136(a)–1(i)(5)(C)) is amended— (A) by striking ‘‘(C)(i) The’’ and inserting the following: ‘‘(C) TOTAL AMOUNT OF FEES.—The’’; and (B) by striking ‘‘aggregate amount’’ and all that follows through clause (ii) and inserting ‘‘aggregate amount of— ‘‘(i) for fiscal year 2004, $26,000,000; ‘‘(ii) for fiscal year 2005, $27,000,000; ‘‘(iii) for fiscal year 2006, $27,000,000; ‘‘(iv) for fiscal year 2007, $21,000,000; and ‘‘(v) for fiscal year 2008, $15,000,000.’’. (3) DEFINITION OF SMALL BUSINESS.—Section 4(i)(5)(E)(ii) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (7 U.S.C. 136a–1(i)(5)(E)(ii)) is amended— (A) by redesignating subclauses (I) and (II) as items (aa) and (bb), respectively, and indenting the margins appropriately; (B) by striking ‘‘(ii) For purposes of’’ and inserting the following: ‘‘(ii) DEFINITION OF SMALL BUSINESS.— ‘‘(I) IN GENERAL.—In’’; (C) in item (aa) (as so redesignated), by striking ‘‘150’’ and inserting ‘‘500’’; (D) in item (bb) (as so redesignated), by striking ‘‘gross revenue from chemicals that did not exceed $40,000,000.’’ and inserting ‘‘global gross revenue from pesticides that did not exceed $60,000,000.’’; and (E) by adding at the end the following: 7 USC 136a–1.
