(2) CONFORMING AMENDMENT.—Section 3015(d)(2) of the Transportation Equity Act for the 21st Century (112 Stat. 857; 118 Stat. 1157) is amended by striking ‘‘May 31, 2005’’ and inserting ‘‘June 30, 2005’’.
