Public Law 109–31 109th Congress An Act July 12, 2005 [H.R. 1524]

To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 12433 Antioch Road in Overland Park, Kansas, as the ‘‘Ed Eilert Post Office Building’’.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. DESIGNATION.

The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 12433 Antioch Road in Overland Park, Kansas, shall be known and designated as the ‘‘Ed Eilert Post Office Building’’. SEC. 2. REFERENCES.

Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the facility referred to in section 1 shall be deemed to be a reference to the ‘‘Ed Eilert Post Office Building’’. Approved July 12, 2005.
