(l) COMPACT OF FREE ASSOCIATION AMENDMENTS ACT OF 2003.—Section 105(f)(1)(B)(iii) of the Compact of Free Association Amendments Act of 2003 (48 U.S.C. 1921d(f)(1)(B)(iii)) is amended by striking ‘‘Carl D. Perkins Vocational and Technical Education Act of 1998’’ and inserting ‘‘Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act of 2006’’. Approved August 12, 2006.
