For an additional amount to be deposited in the Federal Buildings Fund, $83,964,000. To carry out the purposes of the Fund established pursuant to section 210(f) of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949, as amended (40 U.S.C. 592), the revenues and collections deposited into the Fund shall be available for necessary expenses of real property management and related activities not otherwise provided for, including operation, maintenance, and protection of federally owned and leased buildings; rental of buildings in the District of Columbia; restoration of leased premises; moving governmental agencies (including space adjustments and telecommunications relocation expenses) in connection with the assignment, allocation, and transfer of space; contractual services incident to cleaning or servicing buildings, and moving; repair and alteration of federally owned buildings including grounds, approaches and appurtenances; care and safeguarding of sites; maintenance, preservation, demolition, and equipment; acquisition of buildings and sites by purchase, condemnation, or as otherwise authorized by law; acquisition of options to purchase buildings and sites; conversion and extension of federally owned buildings; preliminary planning and design of projects by contract or otherwise; construction of new buildings (including equipment for such buildings); and payment of principal, interest, and any other obligations for public buildings acquired by installment purchase and purchase contract; in the aggregate amount of $7,830,414,000, of which: (1)(A) $306,448,000 shall remain available until expended for construction (including funds for sites and expenses and associated design and construction services) of additional projects at the following locations: New Construction: California: San Ysidro, Land Port of Entry, $37,742,000. Illinois: Rockford, United States Courthouse, $58,792,000. Maryland: Montgomery County, Food and Drug Administration Consolidation, $57,749,000. Minnesota: Warroad, Land Port of Entry, $43,628,000. Missouri: Jefferson City, United States Courthouse, $66,000,000. Vermont: Derby Line, Land Port of Entry, $33,139,000. Nonprospectus Construction, $9,398,000; and
