(3) Section 5 of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 (7 U.S.C. 2014) is amended— (A) in subsection (a), by striking ‘‘section 3(i)(4)’’ and inserting ‘‘section 3(n)(4)’’; (B) in subsection (h)(3)(B), in the second sentence, by striking ‘‘section 7(i)’’ and inserting ‘‘section 7(h)’’; and (C) in subsection (i)(2)(E), by striking ‘‘, as defined in section 3(i) of this Act,’’. (4) Section 6 of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 (7 U.S.C. 2015) is amended— (A) in subsection (b)(1)— (i) in subparagraph (B), by striking ‘‘coupons or authori z ation cards’’ and inserting ‘‘program benefits’’; and (ii) by striking ‘‘coupons’’ each place it appears and inserting ‘‘benefits’’; and (B) in subsection (d)(4)(L), by striking ‘‘section 11(e)(22)’’ and inserting ‘‘section 11(e)(19)’’. (5) Section 8 of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 (7 U.S.C. 2017) is amended— (A) in subsection (b), by striking ‘‘, whether through coupons, access devices, or otherwise’’; and (B) in subsections (e)(1) and (f), by striking ‘‘section 3(i)(5)’’ each place it appears and inserting ‘‘section 3(n)(5)’’.
