SU B C H APTER B — BRID G E FUND SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2009 DEPARTMENT OF STATE ADMINISTRATION OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS DIPLOMATIC AND CONSULAR PROGRAMS For an additional amount for ‘‘Diplomatic and Consular Pro- grams’’, $70 4 ,900,000, which shall become available on October 1, 2008, and remain available through September 30, 2009: Pro - vided, That of the funds appropriated under this heading, $78,400,000 is for worldwide security protection and shall remain available until expended: Provided fu r th er, That not more than $550,500,000 of the funds appropriated under this heading shall be available for diplomatic operations in Ira q . OFFICE OF INSPECTOR GENERAL ( INCLUDING TRANSFER OF FUNDS ) For an additional amount for ‘‘Office of Inspector General’’, $57,000,000, which shall become available on October 1, 2008, and remain available through September 30, 2009: Provided, That $36,500,000 shall be transferred to the Special Inspector General for Iraq Reconstruction for reconstruction oversight and $5,000,000 shall be transferred to the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction for reconstruction oversight. EM B ASSY SECURITY, CONSTRUCTION, AND MAINTENANCE For an additional amount for ‘‘Embassy Security, Construction, and Maintenance’’, $41,300,000, which shall become available on
