SEC.6 . F E D E RAL A VI A T I ON AD M INISTRATION O P ERATIONS. Section 10 6 (k)(1) of title 49, United States Code, is amended — (1) by striking ‘‘and’’ at the end of subparagraph (C)
(2) by striking the period at the end of subparagraph ( D ) and inserting ‘‘; and’’; and (3) by inserting after subparagraph (D) the follo w ing
‘‘( E ) $ 4, 5 16,364,500 for the 6 - month period beginning on October 1, 2008.’’. SEC. 7 . AIR NAVI G ATION FACILITIES AND E QU IPMENT. Section 48101(a) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— (1) by striking ‘‘and’’ at the end of paragraph (3); (2) by striking the period at the end of paragraph (4) and inserting ‘‘; and’’; and (3) by adding at the end the following: ‘‘(5) $1,360,188,750 for the 6-month period beginning on October 1, 2008.’’. SEC. 8 . RESEARC H, ENGINEERING, AND DEVELOPMENT. Section 48102(a) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— (1) by striking ‘‘and’’ at the end of paragraph (11)( K ); (2) by striking the period at the end of paragraph (12)( L ) and inserting ‘‘; and’’; and (3) by adding at the end the following: ‘‘(13) $85,507,500 for the 6-month period beginning on October 1, 2008.’’.
