SEC.4 . R E D E V E LOPM E NT O F OLD POST OFF I CE BU ILDIN G . (a) IN G E NE RAL . —T he Administrator of General Services is directed to proceed with redevelopment of the Old Post Office Building, in accordance with e x isting authorities available to the Administrator and consistent with the redevelopment plan pre - viously approved by the C ommittee on Transportation and Infra- structure of the H ouse of Representatives and the Committees on Appropriations and E nvironment and Public W or k softhe Senate. (b) REL OC A TI ONO F E X I S TIN G B U IL D ING TENANTS.—The Administrator is authori z ed, notwithstanding section 3 3 0 7 of title 4 0, U nited States Code, and otherwise in accordance with existing authorities available to the Administrator, to provide replacement space for F ederal agency tenants housed in the Old Post Office Building whose relocation is necessary for redevelopment of the Building. SEC. 5 . REPORTING RE Q UIREMENT. (a) IN GENERAL.—The Administrator of General Services shall transmit to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Environment and Public Works of the Senate a report on any proposed redevelop- ment agreement related to the Old Post Office Building. (b) CONTENTS.—A report transmitted under this section shall include a summary of a cost-benefit analysis of the proposed development agreement and a description of the material provisions of the proposed agreement. (c) RE V IE WBY CONGRESS.—Any proposed development agree- ment related to the Old Post Office Building may not become effective until the end of a 30-day period of continuous session of Congress following the date of the transmittal of the report required under this section. For purposes of the preceding sentence, continuity of a session of Congress is broken only by an ad j ournment sine die, and there shall be excluded from the computation of such 30-day period any day during which either House of Congress
