(b) OHIO .—Section 14102(a)(1)( H ) of such title is amended— (1) by inserting ‘‘ A shtabula,’’ after ‘‘Adams,’’; (2) by inserting ‘‘Mahoning,’’ after ‘‘ L a w rence,’’; and (3) by inserting ‘‘ T rumbull,’’ after ‘‘Scioto,’’.
