(b) CLERICAL A MENDMENTS.—S u ch title is further amended by striking ‘‘DIRECTOR OF CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE’’ each place it appears and inserting ‘‘DIRECTOR OF NATIONAL INTELLIGENCE’’ in the following: (1) Section 441(c). (2) Section 443(d). (c) REFERENCE TO HEAD OF CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE AGENCY.— Section 444 of such title is amended by striking ‘‘Director of Central Intelligence’’ each place it appears and inserting ‘‘Director of the Central Intelligence Agency’’. SEC. 933. TECHNICAL AMENDMENTS RELATING TO THE ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF THE CIA FOR MILITAR Y AFFAIRS. Section 528(c) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— (1) in the heading, by striking ‘‘ M ILITARY SU P PORT’’ and inserting ‘‘MILITARY AFFAIRS’’

and (2) by striking ‘‘Military Support’’ and inserting ‘‘Military Affairs’’. Subti t leE—O t h e rMa tter s SEC. 941. ENHANCEMENT OF AUTHORITIES RELATING TO DEPART - MENT OF DEFENSE REGIONAL CENTERS FOR SECURITY STUDIES. (a) A V AILA B ILITY OF F UNDS FOR ACTIVITIES ACROSS FISCAL Y EARS.— (1) IN GENERAL.—Section 184(f) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: ‘‘(6) Funds a v ailable to carry out this section, including funds accepted under paragraph (4) and funds available under paragraph (5), shall be available, to the e x tent provided in appropriations Acts, for programs and activities under this section that begin in a fiscal year and end in the following fiscal year.’’. (2) E FFECTIVE DATE.—The amendment made by paragraph (1) shall take effect on O ctober 1, 2008, and shall apply with respect to programs and activities under section 184 of title Ap p licab ili ty.10USC 1 84no t e .
