(a) M ODIF I CAT IO NS . —T he table in section 2401(a) of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1997 (division B of Public Law 104–201; 110 Stat. 2775), as amended by section 2406 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2000 (division B of Public Law 106–65; 113 Stat. 839) and section 2407 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2003 (division B of Public Law 107–314; 116 Stat. 2699), is amended— (1) under the agency heading relating to the Chemical Demilitarization Program, in the item relating to Pueblo Army Depot, Colorado, by striking ‘ ‘$261,000,000 ’ ’ in the amount column and inserting ‘‘$484,000,000’’; and (2) by striking the amount identified as the total in the amount column and inserting ‘‘$830,454,000’’. (b) CONFO RM IN G AM E NDMENT.—Section 2406(b)(2) of the Mili- tary Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1997 (110 Stat. 2779), as so amended, is further amended by striking ‘‘$261,000,000’’ and inserting ‘‘$484,000,000’’.
