(1) For military construction pro j ects inside the U nited States authorized by subsection (a), $210,200,000. (2) For military construction projects outside the United States authorized by subsection (b), $24,900,000. (3) For architectural and engineering services and construc - tion design under section 2807 of title 10, United States Code, $ 6 ,000,000. SEC.290 2. AUTHORIZ E DN A VY CONSTRUCTION AND L AND AC Q UISI - TION P RO J ECTS. (a) INSI DE THE UNITED STATES.—Using amounts appropriated pursuant to the authorization of appropriations in subsection (b)(1), the Secretary of the N avy may acquire real property and carry out military construction projects for the installations or locations inside the United States, and in the amounts, set forth in the following table:
