12 2 STA T .76 7 PUBLIC LA W 11 0– 22 9—M A Y8, 2008 Natur a lA r e ae xc ee d t h e n eed sof the C oast G uard , the Co m- mandant ma y rel i n q uish the facilities to the S ecretary w ithout remo v al, su bj ect only to any environmental remediation that may be required by law .( e )EF F ECTONO N G O I NG A N DFU TU R E COA S T GUARD O P ER- ATIONS. — Nothin g in this section, the management p lan, or the J upiter I nlet Coordinated R esource M anagement P lan (including updates or amendments to the Jupiter Inlet Coordinated Resource Management Plan) precludes, prohibits, or otherwise affects ongoing or future Coast Guard operations or activities in the Outstanding Natural Area, including— ( 1 ) the continued and future operation of, access to, mainte- nance of, and, as may be necessitated for Coast Guard missions, the expansion, enhancement, or replacement of, the Coast Guard H igh Frequency antenna site on lot 1 6; ( 2 ) the continued and future operation of, access to, mainte- nance of, and, as may be necessitated for Coast Guard missions, the expansion, enhancement, or replacement of, the military family housing area on lot 1 8

( 3 ) the continued and future use of, access to, maintenance of, and, as may be necessitated for Coast Guard missions, the expansion, enhancement, or replacement of, the pier on lot 18; ( 4 ) the existing lease of the Jupiter Inlet L ighthouse on lot 18 from the Coast Guard to the Loxahatchee River Historical Society; or ( 5 ) any easements or other less-than-fee interests in prop- erty appurtenant to existing Coast Guard facilities on lots 16 and 18. (f) AUT H ORI Z ATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.— T here are authori z ed to be appropriated such sums as are necessary to carry out this section. SEC.203 . N E VAD ANA TIO NA LGU A R D LAND CONVE Y ANCE , CLAR K COUNTY, NEVADA. (a) IN GENERA L .—Notwithstanding any other provision of law, Clar k County, Nevada, may convey, without consideration, to the Nevada D ivision of State Lands for use by the Nevada National Guard approximately 51 acres of land in Clark County, Nevada, as generally depicted on the map entitled ‘ ‘Southern Nevada Readi- ness Center Act ’ ’ and dated October 4, 2 0 05. (b) LI M ITATION.—If the land described in subsection (a) ceases to be used by the Nevada National Guard, the land shall revert to Clark County, Nevada, for management in accordance with the Southern Nevada Public Land Management Act of 1 9 98 (Public Law 105 – 263; 112 Stat. 2343).
