Section 505(f)( 7 ) of the National Parks and Recreation Act of 1978 (16 U.S.C. 396d(f)(7)) is amended by striking ‘‘ten years after the date of enactment of the Na H oa Pili O Kaloko - Honokohau Re-establishment Act of 1996’’ and inserting ‘‘on D ecember 31 , 2018’’. SEC. 740 2 . CAPE COD NATIONAL SEASHORE ADVISORY COMMISSION. E ffective September 26, 2008, section 8(a) of Public Law 87– 126 (16 U.S.C. 459b–7(a)) is amended in the second sentence by striking ‘‘2008’’ and inserting ‘‘2018’’. SEC. 7403. CONCESSIONS MANA G EMENT ADVISORY B OARD. Section 409(d) of the National Park Service Concessions M anagement Improvement Act of 1998 (16 U.S.C. 5958(d)) is amended in the first sentence by striking ‘‘2008’’ and inserting ‘‘2009’’. SEC. 7404. ST. AUGUSTINE 450TH COMMEMORATION COMMISSION. (a) D EFIN I T I O N S . — In this section: (1) CO M MEMO RA TION.—The term ‘‘commemoration’’ means the commemoration of the 450th anniversary of the founding of the settlement of St. Augustine, F lorida. (2) COMMISSION.—The term ‘‘Commission’’ means the St. Augustine 450th Commemoration Commission established by subsection (b)(1). (3) G O V ERNOR.—The term ‘‘Governor’’ means the Governor of the State. (4) SE C RETAR Y .—The term ‘‘Secretary’’ means the Secretary of the Interior. (5) STATE.— (A) IN G ENERA L .—The term ‘‘State’’ means the State of Florida. ( B ) INCL U SION.—The term ‘‘State’’ includes agencies and entities of the State of Florida. (b) ESTA B LIS H MENT.— (1) IN GENERAL.—There is established a commission, to be known as the ‘‘St. Augustine 450th Commemoration Commission’’. (2) MEMBERSHI P .— (A) COMPOSITION.—The Commission shall be composed of 14 members, of whom— (i) 3 members shall be appointed by the Secretary, after considering the recommendations of the St. Augustine City Commission; Florida.16USC470 a n o te .
