COAST G UARD OPERATING EXPENSES For an additional amount for ‘‘Operatin g Expenses’’, $13 9 ,503,000; of which $129,503,000 shall be for Coast Guard oper - ations in support of Operation Ira q i Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom; and of which $10,000,000 shall be available until September 30, 2010, for High Endurance Cutter maintenance, ma j or repairs, and improvements.
