SEC. 163. N one of the funds made available by this joint resolu - tion or any prior Act may be provided to the Association of Commu- nity Organizations for R eform Now (ACORN), or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or allied organizations. SEC. 164. (a) Clause (iii) of section 8 909a(d)(3)(A) of title 5, United States Code, is amended to read as follows
