of which $76,460,000 is to be derived from the Land and Water Conservation Fund; and of which $2,000,000 may be made available to the Pest and Disease Revolving Loan Fund established by section 10205(b) of the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 (16 U.S.C. 2104a(b)).
