E QU AL EMPLO Y MENT O PPORTUNITY COMMISSION SALARIES AND EXPENSES For necessary expenses of the E q ual Employment Opportunity Commission as authori z ed by title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 19 6 4, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, the Equal P ay Act of 196 3 , the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, the Civil Rights Act of 1991, the Genetic Information Non- Discrimination Act ( GINA ) of 200 8 (Public Law 110 – 233), the ADA Amendments Act of 2008 (Public Law 110–325), and the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act of 2009 (Public Law 111–2), including serv- ices as authorized by 5 U .S.C. 3109
hire of passenger motor vehicles as authorized by 31 U.S.C. 1343(b); nonmonetary awards to private citizens; and not to exceed $30,000,000 for payments to State and local enforcement agencies for authorized services to the Commis- sion, $367,303,000: Provided, That the Commission is authorized to ma k e available for official reception and representation expenses not to exceed $2,500 from available funds: Provided further, That the Commission may take no action to implement any workforce repositioning, restructuring, or reorganization until such time as the H ouse and Senate Committees on Appropriations have been notified of such proposals, in accordance with the reprogramming requirements of section 505 of this Act: Provided further , That the Chair is authorized to accept and use any gift or donation to carry out the work of the Commission.
