d ,T hat none of the funds available under this heading shall be for construction of a perimeter wall at Arlington National Ceme- tery. I n addition, such sums as may be necessary for par k ing maintenance, repairs and replacement, to be derived from the Lease of Department of Defense R eal Property for Defense Agencies account. Funds appropriated under this Act may be provided to Arlington County, Virginia, for the relocation of the federally-owned water main at Arlington National Cemetery making additional land available for ground burials. ARMED FOR C ES RETIREMENT HOME TRUST FUND For expenses necessary for the Armed Forces Retirement Home to operate and maintain the Armed Forces Retirement Home— W ashington, District of Columbia, and the Armed Forces Retirement Home— G ulfport, M ississippi, to be paid from funds available in the Armed Forces Retirement Home Trust Fund, $13 4 ,000,000, of which $72,000,000 shall remain available until expended for construction and renovation of the physical plants at the Armed Forces Retirement Home—Washington, District of Columbia, and the Armed Forces Retirement Home—Gulfport, Mississippi.
